Food for Life

Created by Sonnda Catto exclusively for us, our Food for Life nutrition course introduces you to the main principles of the Primal diet, and can help you start your journey to a healthier relationship with food.

Hosted by Ludovic Roy, our online course works through six main principles of the course, focusing on each food group: vegetables, fat, protein, carbs, as well as encouraging you to junk the junk and eat for pleasure!
