We’ll begin with a personal weigh-in and goal setting session, to help track your progress. Then we’ll set out the vision for Primal eating by introducing you to our Food for Life Primal Food Pyramid, based on Sonnda’s extensive knowledge of nutrition, her many years of work in public health research, and her boundless passion for food itself. The workshops will then progress through each of the six main principles, giving you all the information you need to make positive changes towards the Primal vision. Each section will cover what changes to make, why, and how, along with loads of practical tips, plus exclusive, never-before-shared recipes by Sonnda.
We recognise that everyone’s starting point will be different. The workshops will accommodate you wherever you are on the spectrum of healthy (or not so healthy!) eating.
